The terms governing your use of the YFi Net platform — written to be readable, not just enforceable.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the YFi Net platform, including the dealer console, white-label storefronts, corporate Team-eSIM dashboards, and Dealer API (collectively, the "Service"), operated by YFi Net ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information when signing up and are responsible for safeguarding your sign-in credentials and API keys. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One store is provided per registered email unless otherwise agreed.
The core platform is free to use. Optional paid tiers unlock additional features; certain paid features may pause if a tier lapses. We may modify plan terms for future signups.
You set your own retail prices and sell under your own brand. You are responsible for your storefront content, your customer relationships, applicable consumer-protection and tax obligations, and for processing payments through your connected payment provider. You must not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or infringing purposes.
Corporate (Team eSIM) accounts issue eSIMs to their own team members from a prepaid balance. You are responsible for having the right to issue connectivity to the people you add, for the accuracy of their contact details, and for use of the prepaid wallet under your account.
Customer payments are processed through the built-in checkout or your own connected Stripe account. Platform plans, add-ons, wallet top-ups and services are billed to you as described at the point of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated.
The referral ("Reseller hub") program lets you earn commission when stores you refer or create make qualifying purchases. Commissions accrue subject to a refund-hold period before becoming available for payout, and are subject to minimum-payout thresholds and verification. We may adjust commission rates and program terms prospectively; commissions already recorded retain their value at the time of the qualifying purchase. We may withhold or reverse commissions associated with fraud, abuse, chargebacks, or refunds.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, exceed your allocated rate limits, resell access in violation of these Terms, or use it to transmit unlawful or harmful content.
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. Provisioning depends on third-party mobile networks and partners whose availability we do not control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YFi Net is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the platform, other dealers, or end customers. On termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the console or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
