This Privacy Policy explains how YFi Net ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our platform. We've written it to be readable, not just compliant.

How we use it

Your customers' data

When you run a storefront, you act as the controller of your customers' personal data. We process that data on your behalf to deliver eSIMs and run your store. You are responsible for your own customer-facing privacy notices and lawful basis for processing.

Sharing

We share data only as needed to run the Service: with mobile-network and eSIM partners to fulfill orders, with payment processors (such as Stripe) to handle payments, and with infrastructure providers that host the platform. We do not sell your personal information.

Security

Data is encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3). Access is signed, scoped per dealer, and audited. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data with industry-standard measures.

Retention

We keep account and transactional data for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your account data, subject to records we must retain by law.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these, contact us at support@yfinet.store.

International transfers

We operate from Canada and work with partners globally. Where data is transferred across borders, we take steps to ensure it remains protected.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
